Descripción: 1. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, where the protection system is installed inside a recess (6) in which a neck (5a) of a fuel tank is located. fuel (5) and a neck (3a) of the tank (3) of anti-pollution additive; characterized by: - it comprises a blocking device (1, 1') that includes a main opening (13) to be able to fit the blocking device (1, 1') through its main opening (13) in the neck (5a) of the tank (5) fuel below a second fuel filler cap (4) when coupled on an end section of the neck (5a) of the fuel tank (5); wherein said second plug (4) constitutes a retention element that prevents the extraction of the blocking device (1, 1'); - it comprises blocking means to prevent the extraction or unscrewing of the first stopper (2) from the tank (3) of the anti-pollution additive by means of at least physical contact between the blocking device (1, 1') and a part of said first stopper (2); wherein said first plug (2) is coupled on an end section of the neck (3a) of the tank (3) of anti-pollution additive. 2. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to claim 1, characterized in that; - the locking device (1) comprises a first body (8) and a second body (9) that are integrally connected to each other; where the first body (8) includes an opening (12) to be able to couple said first body (8) through its opening (12) in coincidence with the first plug (2) when it is coupled on the end section of the neck (3a) filling the tank (3) with anti-pollution additive; and where the physical contact between the locking device (1) and a part of said first plug (2) is selected between a physical contact of the first body (8) with a part of said first plug (2), and a physical contact of the second body (9) with a part of the first plug (2); - the second body (9) of the locking device (1) includes the main opening (13) in order to fit the second body (9) through its main opening (13) in the neck (5a) for filling the tank (5) fuel. 3. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to claim 2, characterized in that the second body (9) of the blocking device (1) comprises a flat structure, while the first body (8) of the locking device (1) comprises a tubular anchoring structure formed by at least one side wall that delimits an internal hollow that constitutes the opening (12); where inside said interior gap there is housed at least a part of the first plug (2) for filling the tank (3) with anti-pollution additive; and where the first body (8) has a first end and a second end that is opposite to the first end. 4. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to claim 3, characterized in that the second body (9) is located in an upper plane above the first body (8) ; where the second body (9) is attached to the first end of the first body (8). 5. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to claim 3, characterized in that the second body (9) is located in a lower plane below the first end of the first body (8); where the second body (9) is attached in proximity to the second end of the first body (8); and where the second body (9) is attached to an outer surface of the side wall that constitutes the first body (8). 6. Protection system for a first filler cap for an anti-pollution additive tank in a motor vehicle, according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the flat structure of the second body (9) of the blocking device (1) it comprises a metal sheet structure reinforced by a perimeter fold (9a) and by a metal rod (11) welded on said perimeter fold (9a), which delimits the contour of the second body (9); while the tubular structure of the first body (8) comprises a metal tube. 7. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 6, characterized in that a zone of confluence between the first body (8) and the second body (9) of the locking device (1) includes a protruding portion (10) that invades a part of the opening (12) of the first body (8); where said protruding portion (10) is configured so that a part of the first plug (2) abuts in order to avoid unscrewing or removing it when the locking device (1) is installed. 8. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to any one of the preceding claims 3 to 6, characterized by the first body (8) of the blocking device (1) comprising a annular stop (14) coinciding with the first end of said first body (8); where said annular stop (14) is configured as an axial retention element of the first plug (2). 9. Protection system for a first filler cap for a pollution control agent tank in a motor vehicle, according to claim 1, characterized in that; - the locking device (1') comprises a single body that includes the main opening (13) to be able to fit said single body through its main opening (13) in the neck (5a) for filling the tank (5) of fuel; - the physical contact between the locking device (1') and a part of the first plug (2) to prevent its removal or unscrewing, comprises at least one main physical contact (15) between a part of the perimeter contour of the single body of the device locking (1') and the first plug (2); wherein said main physical contact (15) is complemented by at least one additional physical contact (16) between another part of the perimeter contour of the single body of the locking device (1') and a part of the internal surface of the recess (6).
